Hi,

I just recently bought the phone from Singapore and brought it here to Canada.

I run into the purple hue / pixel issues so I updated the software to the latest one.

I'd take your phone back. This looks like a defect. Look at the line across the two pictures as well as the colour cast.

That's my problem. I bought it in Singapore but I live and has returned now to Canada.

Reading thru the US and CANADA Nokia Service Centre website, they do not do warranty on products purchased abroad.

Can anyone help me or point me out the correct place here in North America to get this fixed?

Thanks in advance.

I thought in today's society it was illegal to be territorial on warranties. If the goods are Nokia, then surely Nokia should honour if there is a manufacturing fault. After all, Nokia USA don't make their goods in America but buy them in?

Good point man. I'll give them a call on monday to find out more if they will consider the warranty repair.
