Streaming 7650 camera output via BT to an external recorder?

I have no clue if this would work, but I just came up with an idea of having a piece of software that would encode the camera stream in an appropriate format (like T-mobile etc) and, instead of saving the encoded stream to the phone's very limited memory, it would send the stream via bluetooth to an external device (a desktop PC, for example). The PC would then write the stream to harddisk.
I have really not much expertise in this area, but perhaps the stream would fit in the bt:s bandwith without any heavy encoding, too.
How does it sound? Are there already software capable of doing this and if not, how could I make someone interested enough to implement this? ;-) IMHO this would be a blast.
