E70 on the high street in uk yet?

I read with interest the re-review of the E70 and there seem to be some internet dealers and vodafone-on-line with these machines but I want to try the keyboard before commitiing myself to a sim free model. Also I've had my fingers burnt by an internet dealer supplying non-UK model (German keyboard) and don't want to repeat the experience.

Are they out there? The vodafone business centre in Bull Ring, Birmingham say the original release was pulled and they may have it in September or October. Tried every other dealer in centre of Birmingham and loads of E61s but look blank when ask about E70.

Its available in a couple of shops on Tottenham Court Road in London. I saw a couple today.

Ok, thanks. TCR not exactly the normal high street situation but at least I can look at one of these when I am in London in early October (provided they are not one of the shops that don't open 'til 10.00)

Maybe if you tell everyone whereabouts in the workd you are there might just be an AAS subscriber near you with an E70 you can handle(!) I'm near Chippenham, UK and mine arrives tomorrow!

For anyone that can wait until mid-October there will of course be every smartphone imaginable at the AAS pub meet in London...... 8-)
