Nokia 9300 Text Message editor error : KERN-EXEC

This is my first Nokia and I am totally confused.

My Nokia 9300 keeps giving me an error when I try to create or open a text message.

Text message editor ERROR
Reason Code: KERN-EXEC
Reason number:3

Please help me.

I guess you have to re-install/ repair PC suite.

I am having another problem with the text message editor. My contacts are in sync with outlook and my contacts folder. When chosing recipients click "TO", i get duplicate entries of many contacts, I guess from my earlier sync before upgrading the firmware of my phone. I've tried to refresh contacts, deleted contacts from my phone, deleted all contacts in the contact folder, also deleted folder in /Document & Settings/Application data/Datalayer, but nothing deletes the earlier contacts. Any clue?
