Nokia N80 wont play real video files

Hi, I just recently purchased a Nokia N8. Nice phone but I got a problem, it wont play real player video files, when i try to open a real player file, it says "unable to play sound or video, trying to play file partially" and then it plays the sound but with no picture, how can I get the picture?

Whats strange is one of the rm files has picture and sound but the others dont, please help.

possibly could be a codec issue. The file you want to play might be compatible with Real Player but could of been encoded with a specific codec which isnt on your phone.

unfortunatly i dont know of any codecs for the N80. I dont have the same issue as you though. All my files seem to be working perfectly

My files are the same so far; vnd.rn-realmedia. One file works OK but the others dont have apicture even though they're the same format.
