Converting video for N70

Trying to convert e.g. downloaded video to work on N70.

Nokia Multimedia Player (PCSuite) is often recommended to convert to 3gp but mine only offers 3gp audio files (.amr), true tone audio files (.awp) and aac audio files (.aac). Am I missing codecs - if so, how do I get/install these?

I've also come across Videora for iPod (similar to PSPVideo9 from same people) which can create MP4 - has anyone tried this, got appropriate settings?
