how do i copy a mem card??
Hi.
i have just bought a high speed 2GB mem card for my N80.
Is there a easy way to copy everything from my old card to the new one
or do I have to start again and install everything again?
Thanks

u cant copy absolutely everything from ur original nokia card, so u might lose some apps, my advice is to go to nokia and ask em to put the data ontoo ur new card, but it will cost u some money.

I had no problem copying everything from the original 128mb card first to a 1gb then a 2gb SanDisk card using a card reader and setting folder options to show all hidden files.

ok u gotta do this
1.- Insert ur old miniSD on a mem card reader
2.- create a folder in ur desktop named miniSD
3.- open the miniSD that its on the reader, then on the menu that is on the top, select TOOLS then FOLDER OPTIONS then VIEW then check the optionbox that says "show all hidden files and folders" then apply and then ok
4.- select all the folders and copy them
5.- paste them on the folder that is on the desktop (miniSd)
6.- Format ur 2Gb miniSD on ur N80
7.- when it finishes, take it off from the N80 and plug it in ur card reader
8.- copy everything from the folder that was on the desktop (miniSd) to ur 2Gb miniSD car, if it asks u to replace all click on "yes to all"
this will do the job
cheers
