Format 9300???

Hello I qm new to 9300. I wanna format the OS in 9300 and reistalls symbian OS.

How do I format?
What to do back up all contacts, fax images and Notes?
Is it possible to upgrade latest symbian OS (OS9)?
How can I resore my back of notes contacts and messges from 6630 backed up using Nokia PC suit?

You can do a backup (and restore) using PC Suite. Or you can do a sync before and after.

Format can be done (will delete everything) by holding down Ctrl+Shift+Fn+F on start up (I think - memory might be wrong here).

You can not upgrade to Symbian OS 9.
