disable 'send in 2 parts' notification

Hi, i wonder if its possible to disable the confirmation of "maximum message length reached. message will be sent in 2 parts". This happens when my sms is over the 160 character limit. I find it more of a hassle than being a useful reminder. thanks

It may be operator/regulator mandated notification for ignorant people that they may be incurred more costs than they think, and is thus not possible to disable (even if it'd be nice; it annoys me too, especially as my employer pays my phone bills).
