HELP! Crash left duplicate mailboxes!!!

Hi guys,

Weird problem here...

I had my new PC up and running, had the P800 connected and sync'ed, and then wham, virus on the PC, ended up destroying the bootsector completely, so I had to reinstall the PC from scratch...

Now, here comes the strange one.

After all the reinstallation, including the PC Suite, I now have two inboxes for email on my P800 with the same name, one being the one from before the crash and not getting sync'ed, the other the new one after the crash.

AND I CANNOT DELETE THE OLD ONE!!! :x

Anyone outthere having seen this one before???

And better yet... ANYONE with a solution to how I can delete that old inbox???

Any help is highly appreciated... thanks

Best

Michael

I've got a similar problem...
My message application on my 6600 crashed.. The mailbox was empty and now I've got two empty mailbox..
The first one is a faulty with an @ icon instead of the mailbox icon... Accessing it, it shows me none of the mailbox commands, just the same options that are shown in the "Outbox" tab..

Have anybody already seen this?
