Hiya, my phone froze after installing software from symbiam so decided to do hard reset. The button way didn't work yet I couldn't get the screen to respond to get on the dial to use the code. So I took out the sim as knew the phone would only allow emergency calls and would need the dial up for that. Sure enough that showed on the screen and when I put the code in it asked me if I wanted to restore and I said yes. It told me it was rstoring but it has been for 6 hours now! I was wondering if this was normal? The battery ws getting so low I have had to put it on charger! Would appreciate any help or advice, thanx, Nikki
