How to make a hard Reset on P900 ?

Hello,
I am new on this forum. After searching in old post, i did not find this basic information. Sorry if it was post before.

I try to hard reset my p900 at boot. I can't acess to the menu to make the soft reset.

Use your jog.

UP * DOWN DOWN * DOWN *

make sure that it only up/down one click and that the flip is closed.

find hard and you shall find. It has been posted before.
