do you get charged for this?
I just went to my nearest nokia service centre and they said it would cost me £15 even though its still within the year's warranty. They said they'd only do it for free if there is something wrong with the phone. I told them - bugs in the firmware is "something wrong with the phone" but they wouldnt do it.

What is the latest and do you know what the updates are, cos unless they are quite major, I wont fork out £15 for the priveledge.
