I have a nokia 3650 and the problem is that it displays an error whenever i want to do something(menu error, message, clock,......)so i contacted noika careline and they gave me the code for formatting the phone *#7370#, but no way ,the phone can't be formatted, and i still have the same problem.
Now i wnt to install it a new firmware, but i don't know where to find it or how to do it.
my actual firmware is 3.16.
Please i need your help.
