Talking N-Gage Supported Audio Files?

hello all, i got me an n-gage qd yesterday and i was wondering if it is at all possible to nkow a few things. well, i have a NOKIA MULTIMEDIA CONVERTER 2.0 and it could convert any audio files into AMR & WBAMR, i know AMR is supported, is WBAMR?????? also what would you have me buy for an external memory card (capacity?)
oh and i know this propably has been mentioned before, but how the hell can you configure the headset??? i keep getting a "not supported" or something when i plug it in(NOT a sexual hint )
