Snooze Function on Alarm

Anyone know to get the snooze function back?

I've had to fone about 2 wks now. The first few days it was fine. Set the alarm, it went off in the morning, and if Iwanted another 5 mins in bed, I'd hit the snooze button.

But for the last week, when the alarm goes off, I only have the option to Stop the alarm, no snooze. Where it gone?

This morning I actually overslept cos I had stopped the alarm, but then made the fatal error of going back to sleep.

Anyone any ideas?

It is a firmware problem. The snooze counter does not reset properly until you reboot (power off, power on again) the phone. I don't know if it is fixed in newer firmware releases or not yet.

No Way, that happened to me too. Missed the bus to work three times now. I wonder if Nokia will explain to my boss!!

Does anyone know how many snoozes you get anyway? I'm too tired to remember in the morning.

You get 5 snoozes and then you need to reboot the phone. A real PITA until fixed (at least when travelling, because then I rely on the phone's alarm).

i never use snooze button, i use 2 alarm clocks that set to go on 15 minutes apart :p

by the way i have found a fix to this problem!!! untill the firmware update that is!!! when the alarm goes off press down the red phone key!! that automatically puts it into snooze mode!! hope this helps ya!!!

hmmm interesting. Will have to give that one a try, but had been re-booting the fone very few days just to make sure I could get the snooze function there. For the last few weeks I've been getting up really early in mornings, so its been essential !
