Belkin & Nokia 6600

I have a Belkin F8T001_v1 bluetooth adapter and a Nokia 6600. I also possess a laptop with XP Service Pack 2 on it. Someone please then tell me why I cannot make my computer and Nokia 6600 talk to each other(via bluetooth) so I can use the Nokia PC Suite to sync my contacts etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - I have been trying forever to get them to work!

Btw: I have the same bt dongle and SP2 and it works fine,so yours will just need to be set up correctly.
