02 access point help please

wenever i try and send a multimedia message i get the screen saying no valid access point defined define now?

iam on 02 does anyone have the settings i tryed getting settings from the 02 site and i saved them and its still giving me the message

sorry if this topic has been done b4 i havent got time 2 search the forum :(
