Sending Business Card Quirk

I have just realized a small quirk in the 6600.

When you send a contact as a business card and the contact has a thumbnail picture, it would send the picture along with it.

That means an SMS would be bloated to 16 SMS instead.
Sending by BT too, the receipent would aslo receive the picture.

There is no option to not send the business without the picture.

It is a major inconvienience.

Has other 6600 users encountered this?

a way around it is to select just the contact detail you want to send (i.e., click on mobile number, for example, and send from that item). the phone will ask you if you want to send just the selected detail or all contact details. if you click just the selected item, the business card will be sent without the thumbnail.

of course this won't do if you want to send more than just one detail.

yepz u r right. it can also be done that way.
