A very Good question ???
guys don't you think it is time to launch a Video conferance software over GMS or GPRS.

But also there is a problem in our phones, the camera is always in the other side so how can you see the other party !!!???

use a mirror may be......

No its not,it just not doable with the available GPRS bandwith,you will need a 3g network for that.
