Car Kit Problems - Help Please

I have a Motorolla wireless car kit (Bluetooth)

I am experiencing problesm getting to use it fully.

It answers calls ok.

It dials calls from the handset ok

It does voice dialing from the P900 - sometimes

It does not do voice dialing from the Motorola Hands free kit that has a 1000 name memory. It appears to struggle to find the phone and eventually comes back with a message, not ready.

Does anyone know of anywhere I could get assistance, I have tried Motorola and SonyEricsson but both were less than helpful.

The P800 is meant to be fully compatible, I don't understand therefore why the P900 is not.

One shop I spoke to talked about the Car Kit hardware needing to be updated to include the P900!!!

Does that mean anything to anyone?
