I am confused about encoding MPEG videos so that they can be played on my 3650. I have Real Producer 8.0 as well as Helix Producer Basic (which is the free version). Helix Producer Basic does not encode videos to a file format that is recognizable by the 7650 or 3650 phones (assuming you have download and sent a camcorder app to your 7650). The Real Producer 8.0 does not encode MPEG files to Real Media Files. You would need Real Producer Plus for that (which I assume has been replaced by Helix Producer Plus). Accordingly, unless you want to spend a lot money and buy Helix Producer Plus (or some other app like Canopus Prodcorder) you are out of luck. Is this Correct?
