Podcasts in the N97’s music player showing folders/groups which can’t be deleted

I listen to podcasts regularly on my N97, i recently noticed postcast groups/folders within the default nokia music player app which cannot be deleted, when i try to go into the group/folder i get a message “ Go to Podcasting to download podcasts”, but in the podcast app i have no partially downloaded files related to the folders concerned

One of the folders affected is for the Phoneshow Chat show, when i download a new episode i see two phoneshow chat folders, one with the podcast episode and the other with the bug(?)

I have tried refreshing the music player library by deleting...
\private\10281e17\[string]mpxvx_x.db
\private\10281e17\[string]pcvx_x.db

but the problem still persists : (

Has anyone else noticed this quirk on their N97 or other 5th edition phones? is it a bug and are there any solutions?
