tell me where im going wrong!!!!

so i decided to put on the actie standby thingy and remembered that i hate share online being there, and i hate search, calender and wifi being there...but anyways i digress, i searched online for a way to take search online off the active standby. i followed it to the letter, downloading the share online update and installing it.

now heres the bit i dont understand it said in the ever so technical guide on the net that the update came with an option to remove it from the active standby...but the update that i downloaded doesnt have that. so now im stuck with it as i cant do t the other way and edit the .dll file as mine is in z:/ not c:/

did i go wrong? or is it my phone, or what else can i do?

Did you go through the Standby settings ? Menu > Instruments >Settings > General > Personally > Standby Mode .
Now you can choose :
1) Active Standby ON , and make your personal choises
2) Active Stanby Off , and make 7 shortcuts : 5 for the D-Pad + 2 for the Softkeys .
