Moto Z8 not able to save media?!

My friend sent over a few media files (mp3) via bluetooth, and they were saved in the inbox.

For some reason, I can't seem to save my media files?

Help please?

Thank you

Press the stop button first before attempting to save. Even if the song isn't currently playing. That should fix the problem. Cheers
