problem with 3650!

i delete all files in c:\system\install on nokia 3650 and my phone now just can call! it means i can't open the menu! can't read sms! i test the codes: *#7370* and *#7780* and i tried to startup in safe mode (press pencil+green) and (green+3+*) but my problem doesn't solved! help meeeeeeeeeeeeeee! plz!

i think i must reinstall Symbian OS! but how? with a cable? and a software? which software? :-(

You can´t delete ROM files. So after a hard format as you already have done, should work. If not, the is another problem. Go to a Nokia Service to see what is exactly.

so... if i able to turn on my bluetooth(menu doesn't open) i restore a back up and will solve the problem! is there any code to turn on the bluetooth? like *#2820# to display bluetooth device address??!??!?!!?

I suggest, just like njh7, to just hard reset the phone.

Dear NJ7,

My display flickers and goes blanks at least 20 times a day. To overcome have to remove battery and reinsert. But phone can receive calls. Changed new battery, cleaned contacts, changed new LCD and chip, reformat many times but problem persists. Please help.

After several reformat, is not anymore a software problem. You need to go to a Nokia Service, because it should be hardware, and only them can see that.
