first try to change the formate of the sond to wav on computer with any program like audiograber
then open this file with windows sound recorder (present in programmes , accsesories , intertainment , sound recorder )
from effect menu pres " increse volume by 25% " and do this several times
thus you have very high souns file save it then convert it to mp3 with the audio graber again to get small file
