we have 3 Nokia 9500s that we can't get to sync with Outlook. They worked OK for a while and now they either won't sync at all [despite trying all the settings adjustments] or they sync random appointments. Does anyone have ANY ideas on what we can try to fix this?
1. connect ur phone via data cable or BT to your comp.
2. open Sync Settings
3. click on create new settings & follow the steps to create a new sync setting.
4. now try & sync
if this does not work.. you will have to do this..
1. uninstall pc suite
2. restart comp
3. install pc suite
4. sync now.
