Cpying phone data on Memory Stick Duo

Hello Guys,

I am currently experiencing some issue with my P800 [Impossible to do a backup], and I would like to know how I can transfer all the data I've stored in my phone memory, into my Memory Stick Duo.
Does anyone know how to do that?
