A handy new feature is now available the Symbian-news-o-matic.

Or by clicking expand on the My-Symbian or WirlessSoftware.info headline boxes on the front page.

Rafe,

This is a really good idea - can I take it that the site pools the other web news servers half hourly or something, rather than every time the page is accessed? If so, I'd like to suggest you see about getting PDA Geek on there as well. It is possible and I could email the Webmaster if needed.

Oh and being picky, how about having the AAS news up there, and maybe a quick paragraph at the top of the page explaining what the page is...

Yes it pools things every 20 minutes and cache's things on this server (thus just one request every 20 mins). I could easily add AAS headlines (I think perhaps add them just as headlines rather than full stories (I tried to decide whether to do this first time round, but couldn't make up my mind).

Some sort of explanation would probably be a good idea.

As for PDA Geek, this is one I wanted to add, but I coulnd't find any reference to an rss/rdf file on their site from which the headlines are grabbed. If there si one I'll gladly add it.
