HOW to install .jad .jar roms please help

HOw do you install goboy roms and the nes emu roms and all knid or roms and jar and jad files they are all confusing!!!! THe only things i can install are blz and sis!!! How can you install other forms? like roms and jar and jar and all those kinds???

How to Install Java on your N-Gage!

Step 1. Put the mmc card in your Nokia N-Gage

Step 2. Turn Nokia N-Gage on

Step 3. Plug the USB cable included in Nokia sales package of N-Gage, into the pc and Nokia N-Gage.

Step 4. Give the PC time to configure

Step 5. Go into my computer, there should be another drive there (removable drive)

Step 6. Copy the .sis file onto the removable disk

Step 7. Disconnect USB cable (very important step, if you do not do this the Nokia N-Gage will not register the new files)

Step 8. Go into N-Gage menu-->tools-->manager

Step 9. Click on your new game, with an icon of an mmc card next to it.

Step 10. Agree to all the install stuff

You install .jar files in the exact same way as you install .sis files. No difference whatsoever.

THats whati thaugt but the n-gage doesnt reconise it!!! ALso does nayone know where to get godd games and apps!?!?!?
