SX1 synchronization Lotus Notes ?

Hello, I just have my SX1 but am suprised to learn that the software in the box does not support Lotus Notes synchronization. Only Outlook .... :(
I have been looking everywhere but cannot find it. According to the adverts and feature lists of the SX1 it should be supported.

Can anyone help me out ?

A list of features I saw someplace (probably at Siemens website) states that the SX1 uses SyncML, which is an open standard for exchanging PIM-data (contacts, calendar etc), but I haven't been able to find any software for my computer that uses it as well, so I haven't looked more closely at it.

Not sure if this helps...

Take the data Suite from the Handy Sendo X it works fine wit Notes.

I install first the sendo x - an delete the autostart mrouter form sendo x sw. than i installed siemens sds - so it works. May be it will work too if the sendo x datasuite ist installed later.

Maybe you can use "Mobile Phone Manager" originally developed for S65, but there is also a SX1 add-on to this application! With MPM you should be able to synchronize your phone with LotusNotes (along with MS outlook and Outlook Express).
Just download the MPM from here and then download and install this add-on. Hope this helps.

Thumbs down

It seems not to work with your MBM and SX1 plugin. I installed it on VMWare, have connection with USB-BT. MBM recognized my SX1. But there was under "Smart Sync" no Option to chose Lotus Notes. Maybe because on vmware was no notes installed. But Sendo X has all Option without install Lotus Notes, Outlook ....

What to hell think Siemens not to Support Notes ? The fucked up S55 has Notes support.

I can confirm that Sendo PC connect software works perfectly with SX1 and syncs with Lotus Notes.

Just uninstall Siemens software and install Sendo's, it's practicaly the same software.
(Why didnt siemens include Lotus sync?)
