Help!

I don;t understand this and its getting to be VERY frustrating. I can connect and syncronise with the sendo using pc connect fine. but if I go to 'file browse' or whatever it's called, it finds the phone BUT NOT MY COMPUTER!

It says "Failed to browse "C:\Documents and settings\PIERS\Desktop" on your computer. Unspecified error."

Then the program locks up.

Somebody please, help!

Hi,

This could be a couple of things, so give these a try, and let me know.

a) What is the PC Connect version? Do Help / About to see this. Should be version 0.9.0.36 - if not, sownload it from the Sendo web site. That should fix it, and a few other bits+pieces.

b) PC Connect "remembers" the last folder you were in on the PC, for ease of file copying. If you delete this folder though, it could upset it. It should then just go back to "My Computer" anyway, but maybe not for some reason. To fix this, you might need to do a regedit to change the folder name. If you know you're way around that program, just do it, and search for that field. If not, maybe an un-install / reboot / re-install might be easier. Other option is to just add back the folder it's trying to find. Not ideal, but at least some ideas to get up and going agan.

I'm sure this is fixed, so am a bit confused. Would be keen to know the version number.
