loss of vibrate

hey all,

i can hear the motor going round but the vibrate on my phone has stoped workin, any ideas, something i could fix by taking it apart, or should i take it to a shop, could do with upgrading to latest firmwar, i live in leicester, any1 no anywhere?

Loss of vibrating

It is a hardware failure.
The phone need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
It happened to me and they replaced it.
