Took mine to the Canary Islands at the end of November for two weeks. No scratches but have a few small grains of sand lodged down one side of the screen. It's not a biggie for me though.

I take your point about the CPU but bear in mind the rendering will be done by the GPU on the N8. It's not as simple as more clock cycles.
