I love mine even more since I discovered the BBC iPlayer app.

I think it's a great phone, though like Dushy4 I wouldn't mind having a joystick/dpad for games or other apps.

When I go to change my lock code it's already in 123 mode when I access the screen. Entering the code in abc mode doesn't work either.

Nokia Care centre wanted £10 to reset my lock code.

I've still not been able to get my lock code working since the V21 update, so I thought I'd take my phone into my local Nokia Care Centre to see if they could fix it.

The phone's under warranty...

V21 firmware now available on O2 red

Noticed today that V21 is now available via NSU for O2 red phones.

My product code is 0576524 and I installed the new firmware fine, over the top of the other non-O2 V21 firmware I'd installed...

I turned off my lock code before upgrading to v21. However I can't seem to change the lock code now, and even the default 12345 doesn't work....

I've got the feeling it's a dodgy battery connection, as if you shake or jolt the phone it'll sometimes...
