Yeah, this is actually Sim Services... it's always there, but the phone UI automatically renames it to whatever it's called on the SIM card.
I.e. even my 3310 has the Orange Plus option at the...

That's a real pain though, had a similar problem with voicemail, had to use another sim card with no voicemail messages to get rid of the icon.
Just realised that mighta worked...

It's bigger than half a gigabyte, meaning even selecting "FAT" will just mean that Windows will analyse the volume space, and choose Win98FAT32...

The preinstalled applications don't take up any memory!! Just ROM space, which is unchangeable by the phone software anyway.

REINSTALL the latest NSS, and the latest Nokia PC Suite, and it'll be fine - they contain user mode...
