touch screen not working

suddenly touch screen stopped working...cant even do calibration process..pls help me out

I don't know how to a mobile phone to download firmware or some software mobile phone will card the Lord

Switch off the mobile, remove the battery and switch it back on.. if that does not work please contact the hardware vendor
