in Navifirm there are some called country variant is those the unbranded one.
or what is the "country variant"

A "country variant" is an unbranded (no operator customization) version inteded to be sold in a specific country/region.

In the case of Nokia (and actual sales packages, not just firmware), from other country variant the difference is mainly in supported languages, but sometimes there may be also other differences (such as in preinstalled/preloaded applications, packaging, included accessories, etc.)

A branded, network operator (carrier) customized version would be an "operator variant".
