Application to use LED(s) as a torch?
There appears to be two levels of brightness for the two LEDs (focus and flash), and I am to understand that if they were on full/flash brightness for extended periods of time, they'll get damaged.
... but what about the other level, the lower brightness/focus level? Or perhaps I'm wrong about the LEDs being damaged above. Is there an application that I can install that will allow me to use the LEDs as a torch on either level/mode? |
I dount keeping them on on at full power would damage them at all it's just that nokia use a capacitor to store up the power to get them to full brightness.
I dont think anyone has successfully managed to hook into an API to make use of them though (maybe one doesent exist without going via the camera) |
There should be an application for this installed. I tried to install a flashlight application, but when the installation starts a popup appears saying that it's already installed. I have no idea how to run it though!
