Just to clarify, there is no official S60 5th Edition support yet. By intercepting the SIS file during installation, I was able to install it on the 5800 anyway and it mostly works - it just doesn't 'do' full-screen. I'm guessing a 5th Edition version is coming soon and will keep you all posted.
N97 owners: are you saying it DOES play full-screen on the N97? Is there a trick to this?

shadamehr, what a noob. Works great on 5800 and n97 too. It's go fullscreen only on n97 by natively (not yet for 5800). Actually i can't download from m.google.com, he don't display any link for download than the mobile version for browser.

A) this isnt emtube
B) emtube is better than the full site anyway, quicker and you only need the video part, you can download too.

Don't you just love those posters who don't read the article.
It says "not working for touchscreen 5800 properly".
And by nature of definition, that will include the N97 too.

YouTube S60 client gets minor update to 2.2.6
Yep, it's another update to Google native S60 YouTube client, to v2.2.6, though note that this seems to be more about increasing compatibility - there are no performance improvements, you still can't log in to YouTube and it still doesn't work full-screen on the Nokia 5800. Ah well, at least it shows the development team is active! You can grab v2.2.6 via m.google.com on your phone.
