[Ed here again - I've now been waiting for two *months*, following half a dozen chaser emails, for my initial purchase of the premium-priced Pro Series Golf to be transferred to a new phone - a simply appalling situation]
Haha. Good luck with that. I've been waiting ***since CHRISTMAS***!!! Got an email telling me all was fine - it wasn't - I emailed them back to let them know and nada. Not a peep. Despite several emails and the tedium that is navigating their hideous website to find the form to request help on several occasions.
As it is I'll be getting a new phone shortly so will have to go through this whole process again...

One word...
Just one word: "Steam"...
Why is it that Valve is leting me download various games and items for at least the twentieth time now, and Nokia is forbidding me to download the items i purchased a few days ago. To make matters even worse, my phone broke due to an error that was Nokia's own fault..........
As a result they have not only lost one customer, but many of my friends too.

Good article there Ewan. I agree with it all. Was tempted by the new PSP GO until I discovered that it isn't UMD compatible. Thats a bit of a shambles in my opinion. I understand the buisness reasons for not selling physical games but theres a lot of romance lost there.
