 First : go to Settings in your Phone . Press Applicationmanager and than choose : All and Off .
Second : go to Clock and set date to : 2 july 2008 .
Third : go to Mobitubia's official Website and download on the page bottum (free) or donate first for a newer version .

Downloaded latest Mobitubia offering from his website yesterday. When installing it throws an "Invalid Certificate" error? Anyone know where you can download a working copy of Mobitubia from ?

I've only downloaded mobitubia today. everything seems fine up the point of watching the video when it just doest go any further than the original thumnail. im using a classic n95 with version 20 firmware, oh and on my home wifi connection. anyone got any suggestions?

As you've pointed out the filenames are not that self-explaining after you have downloaded the files.
That is indeed the biggest issue with MobiTubia.
emTube had the convenience that the you could rename the files and it still would show up with thumbnails.
(Both uses their own way of indexing and making thumbnails of the videos)
Unfortunately emTube had some problems with connecting to Youtube in the later versions, just getting the error message "html file retrieved" (or something similar) and was unable to connect to Youtube.
So MobiTubia would also be my bet. (Please change the way it names the files)

Since about half a year emTube doesn't play Youtube clips anymore on the E90 (v 300.firmware).
The search works still very nice , but playing any clip , a popup says : unknown / not supported file format ! This is very sad , I liked the app. very much .... Due to filechange at Youtube ? Due to the firmware update to v 300. ? Anyway Mobitubia still is going strong . Regards : jApi NL

offline caching
Offline caching is very nice too. I general do it on the pc with the free moyea flv downloader. And copy it to the MyVideo's folder on the N95/N82. DVD's and other stuff are converted with handbrake, I use the windows version. The ipod preset (320x240, H.264) works flawless for my Nokia (Though might want to switch of the e-mail polling i.e. in the background).

1) Use any desktop or mobile browser to access YouTube.
2) Copy the URL for any clips you want to keep into http://www.keepvid.com
3) Select the MP4 link to download and keep.
Should mention I have only tried playing the MP4's on my N96, not sure whether other S60 phones can playback the files, but this works fine for me for good quality youtube clips.
