WhoUnregMe Why is Nokia releasing so many good phones at about same time?

I'm torn between the N85 and 5800 XM.

BTW Nokia Italy is selling the N85 for 549 euros so should be available in the UK soon.

RogerPodacter the reason all nokia headphones are longer than the other side, is because the longer one goes around the back of your neck and then into your ear. this is so you can leave one side out if you prefer. and also it just makes it easier for the earbuds to stay in your ear because the entire weight of the wire is not pulling down on your eardrums, its pulling on the back of your neckbone.

Arcade On the Opera site, it was mentioned earlier that Opera 9.5 has been delayed. In all possibility, theres a bigger chance of a firefox coming out as well.

Tzer2 I haven't seen this confirmed, but I think S60v5 is backwards compatible with S60v3.

But as I said, I'm not 100% sure about that yet.

eletrix The Opera symbian based one ?

I'm using opera mini java version (i have to admit that is pretty satisfying_but not flash based)to comment right now.

One last question.
Is Symbian OSv5 retrocompatible with OSv3 ?
(personally think this is hard)

Tzer2 Eletrix, the cable length difference is there for a good reason and is quite common on earphones nowadays: it's so you can hang the earphone cable over the back of the neck when you're not listening. That way you can put the buds back in your ears very easily without having to get them out of your pocket.

On downloading, you can download very large (tens of megabytes) files if you want to, but make sure your network connection or Wi-fi connection is stable otherwise it may cut the download halfway.

With Opera do you mean Opera for Symbian, or are you talking about Java-based Opera Mini?

eletrix Sorry guys.
I had a question.
With the last firmwares updates and everything.N95 8GB_N82_N79 (thinks this is the right phone for me to replace my trusty 6120c_or maybe Tube ?)

Can I Download from Nokia (preset) WEB application big files (examples 15 MB) ?

Can I download/save downloaded files (most exe_rar_zip) ?

When you think Opera 9.5 will come for S60v3

And have you noticed that every nokia "cable" music headset have the right earphone oddly really really longer that the left one ? when i put the them on my ears the right one really bother me.

Nokia N85 support pages appear

Nokia's support site has just added a section for the upcoming N85 which (amongst other things) lets you read its manual in dozens of different languages. Devices are usually released within a few weeks of their support page appearing, though they may sometimes take longer.

Read on in the full article.
