We liked the memory card so we’ve made sure we’ve got stock. You’re right about how the microsd card slot provides space for 16GB to double the memory which is a great feature.

Geo-tagging with SAMSUNG Innov8
Has anybody experience with Geotagging with this phone? I.e., can I make pictures and add the GPS geoinformation automatically to that picture?

awesome!!
I had the opportunity to test the cam of innov8 and honestly it projected much more compared to fone with xenon flash because it reflects its true color.Im a proffesional digital phtographer and i can say this phone rocks! Pity the N96 and Ericsson C905.

This is Crazy ...
Camera is 8 MP with very high quality & quick autofocus ... ok!
Music is beyond N91's quality with DNSe, etc. What the ... ?
GPS is fast with cold lock in 3 minutes only ... What the ... ?
And all these features are in 1 phone ... and not even 1 thing is supposedly missing?!
Man, I can't really find 1, just 1 Serious Disadvantage in this phone ... Not even one fault?! This is a crazy phone!!!
Well done Samsung, I'm reading reviews and finding this as the undisputed leader of Smartphones!!

extra apps for i8510 - and debranding?
Hi all. I hope these aren't dumb questions and that this is the correct place to post them. I am looking to upgrade my very old N95 for a Samsung i8510 - and before I take the plunge I'm trying to confirm a couple of things...
1. Can I add other applications to it like I can with the Nokia (and are there many apps that will work on this phone - there were loads for the N95), and
2. Can it be de-branded so that I can access the latest firmware as soon as it's brought out by Samsung? I came into this late on my N95, but when I de-branded it from T-mobile the difference was absolutely amazing... if I could do the same to the phone I'm looking to get from O2 that would be great.
Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

who ever claimed that slide sinner are big because of the n95 should really think back to the d600. samsung put slide phones on the map and have usually been the market leaders of the slide. sure, they've made some dudslike everyone else but when they get it right they are king of slides

S60 software compability?
I wonder how compatible is this phone with the rest of the S60 software written for Nokia out there. I had a Samsung G810 and it was only compatible with about 70%. Although they run the same OS, they still manage to do something not to make it work.

Nokia gone stupid
Nokia went stupid with that N96
Its just N95 8 GB in N81's body...
All the new featues which we expected have been left out.
Camera is "Still: 5MP, No Xenon flash,No torch...Same horrible n95-1 950mAH battery oh!
Samsung Innov8 beats the hell outta nokias!!
I just got samsung G600! Wow! what a quality product!
Go samsung GO GO GO!!

Got one yesterday, loving this phone it also plays divx movies and comes with a converter to trim em down to the right resolution, still not a patch on my iphone 3g but its getting there

Great phone. I have been a Nokia fan (currently use E90) but I think in its class the Samsung beats the N95/95 8GB and the N96. I only wish they also included the DVB-H functionality. Amazing phone. 16GB is the one to go for O2 and Orange have already started selling in the UK with Vodafone getting the exclusive right to 8GB (in retail shops).
