I don't normally criticise phones for their appearance but to me this phone just seems a mess visually.
The inside looks like one of those graphic calculators that Sharp and Casio used to make in the early 1990s, and the outside looks like a normal calculator from the 1980s.

LG vs E90
Actually, this is the best attempt so far against E90. And the fact s60 v3 is inside shows LG means business.
LG has come a long way from home theatre and tvīs. Hats off to them!
However.. once again my commie takes the prize.
LG is close but no cigar.
Have a great mid-summer all

Ive looked on 3 different sites, and it doesnt have wireless.
Which seems very odd for a phone like that.

Fat Fingers
I have big fat fingers and am (mainly) an E90 user. What I see here might actually have some mileage for the likes of me as the front face seems to have huge keypad keys for SMS use at least, if not more.
I'll look forward to the review.
Tim
Edit: On reflection there seems to be no WLAN mentioned which is a bit of a deal-killer for me.

I have seen the device live and the build quality is fine. As an E90 user it is not so astonishing - screen- and sizewise, but if someone wants a nice and _small_ symbian device, it is a good choice.
looking forward to the review.

Now this is reversal. LG, slightly famed for making very snazzy (and quite unreliable) phones, now make a rather spartan, rugged looking thing.

Ermm for me, that link just points to an advertisement page with java script errors that won't let yuo procede to mobile burn's actual page.

Coming soon... the LG KT610 qwerty clamshell
Kudos to Ricky Cadden for scoring a review sample of the LG KT610, the smallest S60 clamshell, here presenting his hands-on photo gallery. What do you think of the form factor? - comments welcome. We're down for reviewing this new messaging-focussed phone in a week or so's time, so look for more AAS coverage then.
