Not all N95s are created equal

The newer N95 models have more memory and demand paging, which help quite a bit with this. I have the original N95-1 (Euro) model, though the newer firmwares are supposed to have demand paging. I also run a number of apps on my N95, so it's quite easy to run out of memory.

Joar Well, I wouldn't hold my breath for a S60 version. Everyone that has been doing any programing for S60 knows that developing for that platform is waaay more difficult than for WM.

fromfela can't wait to give it a try but what did he mean when he said, (In the live demo, I saw a Skyfire-rendered version of ESPN. I compared it to the version rendered on my Mac, and it was identical. Skyfire even played the embedded flash video fairly well. I tried the same site on my Nokia N95 and it ran out of memory trying to render the site.) i just veiwed espn on my n95 with no probelms at all and i am useing t-mobiles edge in the usa so was it his way of giving the n95 a bad rep?

nice

Looks nice. I'm not sure I like the man-in-the-middle approach, though.

Maybe this browser will also solve the copy-paste problem. I'm still not able to copy texts from a web-page to an email...

Skyfire coming to S60

Skyfire is a new proxy-based browsing solution that uses the Firefox 'Gecko' engine on the handset and which can apparently cope with Flash video and other advanced page objects. According to PhoneBoy, it's coming to S60 this quarter and should give both the Webkit-based S60 Web and Opera Mini 4 a run for their money.
