with any of the social networks, you are either in it or not. Once you get a group of people talking though it's quite seductive. Having a rich client experience on the handset is excellent and Jaiku has done a great job on this update so far.

Looks very promising indeed. I look foward to the new version being publicly available. Personally I don't update it much at all, but maybe its critical mass question?

Jaiku video demo
As someone still struggling with why anyone would want something like Jaiku, I was interested and informed to watch Jonathan Greene's excellent 13 minute video demonstration, using the new (closed) Jaiku beta for S60 (via IntoMobile). Has Jaiku got enough going for it to really take off? Comments welcome!
