What an excellent program, it 99% works just cant send the text :(
and the chat does not update.. shame will still keep trying, don't give up on this app
its well appreciated you'd be surprised how many people still use irc and young people,
its not a CPU heavy and logs in incredibly fast through my wireless network, and is very small in size.

great program, I used Wireless IRC alot when I had my Nokia 3650, was using jmirc on my Nokia N80 and not happy with it. Text entry is not too difficult, but where there's a will.....I'm addicted to IRC =)

Looks interesting
This looks interesting. It would probably be tedious to write much without a bluetooth keyboard, but you can still follow the conversations. Adds one more thing you can do with your phone to keep yourself occupied while on the bus, train, in a queue, etc.

At last, a real IRC client for S60 3rd Edition
Remember how IRC was used before the all these Instant Messaging (ICQ, AOL, MSN, YM GTalk) clients? There was software for earlier S60 called Wireless IRC but it seems to be dead now. S60 3rd Edition users can now use mIRGGI, the first native IRC client. It's still in early beta but it does the job pretty well.
