Hello, can you please help establish if the 16 GB microSD card I just bought for my Omnia HD is fake or original ?

Sandisk.com site wouldn't help and I haven't found anything that would give me hints on what to look for to spot a counterfeited card.

Purchased on eBya.it from a reputable seller, not first price.
I've seen packages that look (to me) quite counterfeited like this (http://cgi.ebay.it/Micro-SD-SanDisk-MICROSD-16GB-16-GB-HC-MEMORY-CARD-/180567630759?pt=Memory_Cards&hash=item2a0aab63a7), however I was expecting some kind of premium package from Sandisk, as I've got with my other cards (although CompactFlash), and now more than ever a code to validate online the authenticity of the product. Unfortunately it is not the case.

So I must resort to other people's knowledge, please watch the pictures and give me your thought. Thank You !
